This is my favorite part of the menu! Yes, I love sweets but only good ones ;-). Sweets in any shape, color, texture and flavor. Italian desserts are simple, delicate and very tasty, made from genuine ingredients that are able to give off the best flavors.
Some of my favorite desserts are: panna cotta, tiramisù, semifreddo, torta al ciccolato, crostate. All different kinds of biscotti, from cantucci to frollini, bignè, all kinds of creams and budino (Italian pudding), and the delicious filled cakes that you can have with them.
I also love to work with fondant and I enjoy creating fun, colorful cakes. You are probably familiar with fondant cakes, but I can give it the Italian twist with a delicious, creamy filling. Forget about the sugary and greasy icing and just bite into a delicious custard cream-filled cake, a real work of art that comes from good and healthy ingredients.
