If you are looking for a good and easy bread recipe, here you are, you just found it! This is one of my favorite bread recipe, easy and delicious, crunchy outside, and soft inside. It comes from the website “Ricette di cucina di Misya,” one of my favorite Italian cooking websites.
- 3 2/3 cups bread flour (500gr)
- 370 ml of water lukewarm
- 1tsp of dry yeast (12gr fresh yeast)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp honey
Dissolve yeast with honey in 50 ml of water taken from the total.
Put the flour in the mixer bowl, make a well in the center, add the dissolved yeast and the remaining water and start to mix with a wooden spoon.
Add salt and stir to make it absorb the dough that will be grainy, soft and sticky.
Sprinkle the surface with plenty of flour and let rise for an hour and a half.
With the help of a spatula, transfer the dough onto the baking tray lined with floured parchment paper with the floured side facing up. Divide into three parts and gently move them apart from each other to form 3 loaves of bread. Bake the bread in oven at 445F and bake for about 30 minutes. Just let it cool, while bringing food on the table.
